Specific services and techniques we offer are chiropractic adjustments, exams, nutritional advice, exercise/stretch instruction, home care advice, therapy instruction, myofascial release and several other services. We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our judgment and years of experience. If you have been adjusted in the past and prefer a specific technique please let Dr. Tanya know. Specific adjusting techniques used in our office are listed below:
Thompson & Diversified-A way of precisely adjusting the full spine utilizing a segmental "drop" table
Gonstead, Myofascial Release, and Extremity Adjusting techniques
Activator Methods-One of the most popular “low force” chiropractic techniques in the world, utilizing
a handheld spring-loaded tool that delivers a consistent low-force, high-speed thrust.
Several nutritional products that are offered include Nordic Naturals, Metagenics, Biospec, Nutrition Dynamics, and Anabolic Laboratories. Cervical pillows and lumbar supports are also available.
Two Human Touch massage chairs are available for your use in the waiting area. Hot/Cold Therapy and Intersegmental traction is also offered at Vanasse Chiropractic.
